Job summary

EQUAL is a Singapore-based charity delivering equine-assisted and animal-assisted services to support mental and emotional wellbeing. The Manager, Programme Growth & Client Engagement will grow demand for programmes through new institutional engagements and stronger client relationships.

The role covers prospecting, needs assessment, proposals, pricing, contracting coordination, and renewal management, working with Programme Specialists to ensure feasible delivery and alignment with capacity.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in institutional business development or account management.
• Experience managing external partnerships and client relationships.
• Strong administrative, organisational and project coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage organisations that may benefit from EQUAL's programmes.
• Develop new opportunities across schools, social service agencies, healthcare institutions, corporations and community organisations.
• Qualify prospective engagements by understanding needs, objectives, budgets and engagement models.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed programme engagements with clear next steps.
• Coordinate pricing, budgets and delivery assumptions with internal teams.
• Maintain an active pipeline of programme opportunities and manage client renewals.
