Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities by building strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Engage with clients to understand their business needs and propose tailored solutions that drive growth and satisfaction.
• Manage the full client lifecycle from initial outreach and onboarding through to long-term relationship management.
• Monitor client satisfaction levels and proactively address concerns to ensure consistently high service standards.
• Prepare client proposals, presentations, and reports to support business development and engagement activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of client solutions and service commitments.
• Track and report on client growth metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for further expansion.
• Represent the organisation professionally at client meetings, networking events, and industry engagements.
