Job summary

TD Bank Group in Singapore seeks an experienced onboarding professional to drive complex client onboarding for the TD Securities dealer. You will partner with Sales & Trading, coordinate across KYC/AML, Tax, and Legal Documentation, and ensure readiness from onboarding initiation to trading readiness.

The role requires deep knowledge of capital markets, strong judgement, and an ownership mindset to deliver timely outcomes while maintaining risk controls and client experience.

Qualifications

Experience leading complex client onboarding in capital markets.
Strong relationship management with senior stakeholders.
Knowledge of KYC/AML processes and regulatory onboarding.

Responsibilities

Lead complex onboarding mandates for institutional clients, with senior oversight.
Serve as senior contact for clients, Sales & Trading, and internal partners.
Provide coverage for Client Management Lead to sustain priorities.
Coordinate KYC/AML, Tax, Legal Documentation and Regulatory onboarding.
Apply global markets onboarding expertise to ensure trade-readiness.
Influence stakeholders to unblock issues and drive timely resolution.
Shape client/product strategies for the Dealer and translate into execution.
Partner with Sales and Trading on strategic client priorities.
