Job summary

Singapore Refining Company Private Limited is seeking a Technical Data Analyst to support damage mechanism data collection, RBI analysis, and asset management. You will develop Power BI dashboards, maintain IDMS data, and coordinate with engineering and operations to ensure data integrity. The role is a two-year contract via a third-party agency payroll.

Qualifications include engineering/IT degree or diploma and strong Excel and Power BI skills. Refinery/process industry experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in an engineering, technical, information technology or related discipline.
• 2 years of refinery/technical data-management experience preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and Power BI proficiency.
• Experience with IDMS or asset management systems is advantageous.
• Attention to detail and cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist in DMI/DMR data collection and preparation, including corrosion and material diagrams and DMI worksheets.
• Analyse and validate RBI data to support API 581 RBI process implementation.
• Set up and maintain assets for the thickness-monitoring programme in IDMS.
• Maintain/update inspection, corrosion-monitoring and asset information in IDMS and Excel.
• Manage inspection and technical documentation, including reports and attachments.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to support asset management reporting.
• Coordinate with other departments to gather and verify information.
• Handle correspondence and provide admin support for technical activities.
