Job summary

ISS Facility Services, Singapore is seeking a dynamic Business Intelligence Analyst to transform data into actionable insights. You will build scalable data pipelines and semantic models using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI to support enterprise reporting and strategic decision-making.

You will integrate data from ERP, financial, operations, and HR systems, ensuring data quality and consistency while delivering dashboards and reports for multiple business functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Analytics.
• Must have the legal right to work in Singapore; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, SQL, and modern data integration technologies.
• Experience with Python, PySpark, or similar programming languages for data ingestion, transformation, automation, and analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify trends, uncover insights, and resolve complex data issues.
• Experience designing and delivering dashboards, reports, data models, and visualizations that support business decision-making.
• Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL/ELT processes, data governance, data quality, and data management best practices.
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable reporting, analytics, and data solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present technical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working with enterprise functions such as Human Resources, Finance, Operations, Workforce Management, or Payroll is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines, data models, and ETL/ELT processes using Microsoft Fabric.
• Integrate data from multiple enterprise systems ensuring data quality and reliability.
• Establish common data definitions, transformation logic, validation controls, and reconciliation processes for trusted reporting.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, completeness, consistency, traceability across reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with IT teams and system owners to optimize data architecture, platform performance, integration patterns, and reporting platforms.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI to support decision-making.
• Analyze data across financial, operational, customer, workforce, supplier, and asset domains to identify trends and drivers.
• Design high-performing semantic models with consistent definitions and logic across functions.
• Apply statistical and analytical techniques to solve business problems and support initiatives.
• Develop forecasting insights to support data-driven decision-making.
