Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in engineering, technical, information technology or related discipline.
• 2 years of relevant experience preferred in refinery or related process industry.
• Strong Excel skills and Power BI dashboard/report development.

Responsibilities

• Assist in DMI/DMR data collection and preparation, including diagrams and IOW/RBI records.
• Analyse and validate RBI data to support API 581 RBI processes.
• Set up and maintain assets for thickness-monitoring in IDMS.
• Maintain inspection and asset information in IDMS and other systems.
• Manage inspection/technical docs and upload reports from various sources.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for asset management reporting.
• Coordinate with departments to verify and consolidate technical information.
• Provide administrative support for technical activities and document handling.
