Job summary

Bank of Singapore is seeking a highly analytical Business Insights Manager to translate data into strategic insights. The role focuses on modelling, performance analytics, pricing, and cross-functional collaboration with Management Reporting and Planning & Analysis.

The successful candidate will bridge business strategy with investment product pricing, identify growth opportunities, and deliver actionable analyses to drive RM productivity and AUM growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business analytics or financial analysis, preferably in private banking.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in statistics, data science, finance, or economics.
• Deep understanding of Private Banking products and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Bridge data and executive strategy, supporting the end-to-end Sales Performance Management lifecycle.
• Model annual targets and track Net New Assets, Revenue and RM productivity.
• Develop and maintain BI dashboards to monitor pipeline, retention and product penetration.
• Collaborate with Management Reporting and Planning & Analysis for strategic decisions.
• Support pricing models to reflect true value and market competitiveness.
• Communicate insights to senior stakeholders and coordinate management meetings.
