Job summary

Bank of Singapore is seeking a seasoned Business Manager for Sales Strategy and Management Support. This role reports to the Team Lead, Sales Strategy and Management and supports front office governance, performance tracking and strategic initiatives across the market.

The candidate will own business management coverage, KPI tracking, and analytics, partnering with Front Office Heads on targets, budgets and change programs, while ensuring timely reporting and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Exposure to Private Banking is mandatory.
• Minimum 10–15 years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience working with Senior Management in a Front Office capacity.

Responsibilities

• Provide business management coverage to the market in business management, sales strategy and execution.
• Drive governance forums and management rhythm for leadership visibility.
• Develop dashboards and reports for Front Office leaders using Power BI.
