Job summary

Bank of Singapore Limited is seeking a Senior MIS Analyst within Business Finance - MRPA to lead MIS governance, analytics, and performance management. The role transforms complex data into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making, growth, and forecasting.

You'll collaborate with senior executives, manage data governance, and drive digital transformation through automation and AI-enabled reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Banking or related quantitative field.
• 12–15 years of MIS, business finance, or financial planning and analysis experience.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into insights.
• Experience with enterprise data platforms and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience in driving large-scale reporting transformations and digital initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Shape strategic business decisions through data-driven insights, analytics and forecasting.
• Partner with finance leadership to present financial insights to senior management.
• Define MIS strategy, roadmap and governance aligned with regulatory and transformation objectives.
• Lead transformation initiatives leveraging automation and AI-enabled solutions.
• Ensure MIS data governance, data quality and reporting integrity.
• Develop and mentor a team of MIS professionals.
• Collaborate with Front Office and other stakeholders to drive performance transparency.
