Job summary

Bank of Singapore seeks a Senior MIS Analyst in the MRPA team to lead MIS methodology, governance, analytics and performance management, turning complex data into actionable insights that support strategic decisions, growth, productivity improvements, and forecasting.

You will partner with senior business, finance and technology leaders, drive automation and digital transformation, and build robust reporting and data governance to empower executive decisions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Banking, Finance or related quantitative field.
• 12-15 years of relevant MIS/FP&A experience in banking or financial services.
• Experience with enterprise data platforms, visualization tools, automation initiatives and digital transformation.
• Experience in Private Banking or Wealth Management is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Shape strategic decisions through data-driven insights, analytics, and forward-looking MIS frameworks.
• Present key analytical findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Finance business partner to Front Office leadership and other stakeholders across the Bank.
• Define and drive MIS strategy, roadmap, and governance aligned with priorities and regulatory requirements.
• Lead transformation efforts leveraging automation, data visualization, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Ensure MIS data governance, data integrity and reporting transparency across stakeholders.
