Qualifications

• Experience in investment advisory roles within financial services.

Responsibilities

• Support Relationship Managers in managing client portfolios.
• Assist with portfolio proposals, reviews and reporting decks.
• Facilitate trade execution and manage trade lifecycle.
• Provide timely trade confirmations and ensure accuracy of margins.
• Support analytics and IA strategy materials.
• Coordinate weekly sales meetings with IA and CIO teams.
• Shadow IAs on client relationships to ensure service delivery.
• Monitor complex trades and update clients on developments.
• Disseminate market views and product information to clients.
• Ensure adherence to regulations and policies.
