Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Banking, Finance or related quantitative field.
• 12–15 years in MIS, business finance, performance management, or FP&A within banking/financial services.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, automation initiatives, and digital transformation programmes.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with the Head of MRPA to shape strategic business decisions through data‑driven insights and forecasting.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business and finance leadership on growth, profitability and efficiency initiatives; present key analytic findings and recommendations.
• Finance business partner to Front Office leadership, Business Management and key stakeholders; challenge assumptions and drive accountability.
• Define and drive the Bank's MIS strategy, roadmap and governance; ensure alignment with priorities and regulatory requirements.
• Lead transformation capabilities by leveraging automation, data visualisation, advanced analytics and AI‑enabled solutions.
• Accountable for MIS data governance, ensuring data quality and reporting integrity across stakeholders.
• Develop and inspire a team of MIS professionals and foster a high‑performance culture.
