Job summary

Jobtailor in Singapore seeks an experienced Insights Leader to coach a high‑performing team of Insights Analysts and Data Specialists. You will set KPIs, provide feedback, and nurture talent through growth plans while translating complex media data into clear strategic stories for government and corporate clients.

You will partner with New Business and Account Management to support sales opportunities and client retention, present impactful findings, and educate the industry on media measurement

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in media intelligence or related fields.
• 3+ years of team management experience.
• Strong analytical mindset to turn data into strategic stories.
• Experience with data visualization tools and dashboards.
• Advanced MS Office proficiency, especially Excel pivot tables.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.

• Lead, coach, and mentor a high‑performing team of Insights Analysts and Data Specialists.
• Set clear KPIs, provide ongoing feedback, and nurture talent through growth plans.
• Drive team productivity, morale, and smooth daily operations.
• Serve as trusted advisor to key government and corporate clients.
• Translate complex data into actionable business insights.
• Partner with New Business and Account Management to support sales opportunities and client retention.
• Present impactful findings and educate the communications industry on media measurement best practices.
• Oversee resource allocation, account setups, coding, charting, and report production.
• Uphold quality control standards across report deliverables.
• Streamline workflows and integrate technology, including GenAI enhancements, to improve efficiency.
