Job summary

You will identify customer segments, measure campaign effectiveness, and translate numbers into business recommendations for cross-functional teams, helping drive growth and customer-centric decisions.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience as an Insights Analyst, Data Analyst or Data Scientist (e-commerce experience is a plus).
• Excellent data analytics skills, independent thinking, data oriented, and knowledge of analytics tools (SQL, Excel, Python, Data Visualization tools).
• Hands-on experience with large datasets on heavy transaction platforms. (Experience working on GCP, AWS is a plus).
• Strong business acumen to grasp business requirements and translate insights for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Apply advanced data analytics to design and execute customer engagement campaigns.
• Identify customer segments and understand buying behavior, demographics, and life stage.
• Drive targeted campaigns and identify growth opportunities to increase revenue per segment.
