Job summary

SEARCH INDEX PTE. LTD. is seeking an entry-level Customer Service & Sales Support professional in Singapore.

The role focuses on responding to customer enquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, and ensuring on-time deliveries with a strong emphasis on service quality. Training will be provided. You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Purchasing and Warehouse teams to support business growth and maintain accurate customer records.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Marketing or related discipline.
• Entry-level position; training will be provided.
• Candidates with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with ERP or CRM systems is an advantage but not required.
