Diploma or degree in business, marketing, IT, or related field.
1–3 years in Sales Support, Sales Administration or Sales Coordination.
Experience in IT, networking, cybersecurity, system integration, or tech industry is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue prospects via cold calling, direct mailing, and referrals.
Meet with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
Coordinate with partners to identify new business opportunities.
Plan and execute sales action plans to engage prospects and close deals.
Prepare quotations and coordinate with technical teams for contract fulfilment.
Prepare and manage accurate sales quotations, renewal quotes, tender documents, and maintain records.
Coordinate with Sales Managers, Presales, vendors, and distributors on pricing, quotations, product availability, and customer requests.
Maintain sales documentation, quotation archives, version control, and prepare reports.
