Job summary

The SupremeHR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking an Executive – Inside Sales and Pricing Executive to join our Kallang team. You will handle order processing, prepare costings and quotations, and liaise with overseas factories for procurement, production, quality inspections and shipping.

You will also support marketing in planning and forecasting while ensuring accurate pricing and margins. Requirements include a minimum of 2 years in sales quotations, logistics, and customer service, with knowledge

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in handling sales quotations, logistics, customer-service, clerical & administrative functions.
• Knowledge in international freight forwarding is essential.
• Sales support with understanding of pricing, margins, and financial processes.
• Bookkeeping and accounting principles are preferred.
• Familiar with international trade practices.
• Hospitality industry experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software.

Responsibilities

• Process orders with accurate pricing, discounts, and margins.
• Monitor sales figures and revenue vs targets.
• Coordinate with factories overseas for procurement, production, shipping.
• Prepare costings and quotations; dispatch on approval.
• Assist marketing in planning and forecasting.
• Provide and coordinate customer service and support.
• Arrange payment via Letter of Credit, CAD, or wire transfer.
• Coordinate invoicing with finance.

Position: Executive – Inside Sales and Pricing Executive

Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 9am – 6pm

Working location: Kallang

Salary: $2800 - $3500 (Depending on experience)

Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Order processing, co-ordination and control.
• Prepare costings and quotations and upon approval dispatch the in timely fashion.
• Liaise with factories overseas, scheduling of material procurement, production, quality inspection, shipping and delivery.
• Assist and support the marketing team in planning and forecasting.
• Provide, coordinate and execute customer service and supports.
• Arrange payment via Letter of Credit, Cash against Documents or Wire Transfer.
• Attend to other inside sales and supports matters as and when assigned.
• Process customer orders with high accuracy, ensuring correct pricing, discounts, and margin.
• Monitor sales figures and track revenue performance against targets.
• Coordinate with finance to ensure timely invoicing and payment follow-up.
• Revise pricing structures to maintain profitability while remaining competitive.
• Assist in revenue and COGS forecasting.

Requirements:

• ‘O/A' Levels and/or Polytechnic Diploma in relevant fields of study.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in handling sales quotations, logistics, customer-service, clerical & administrative functions. Knowledge in international freight forwarding is essential.
• Sales support with solid understanding of pricing, margins, and financial processes.
• Prior knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles is preferred.
• Familiar with international trade practices. (Liaising with overseas customers)
• Experience in related field as well as social media platform will be an advantage.
• Relevant experience and knowledge in the hospitality industry.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
