THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking an Executive – Inside Sales Executive (International Freight) in Singapore. The role focuses on order processing, costings, and coordinating with overseas factories to manage procurement, production, shipping, and delivery.

You will support marketing, provide customer service, and handle payments via various methods while ensuring accurate pricing, discounts, and margins to meet revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in handling sales quotations, logistics, customer-service, clerical & administrative functions.
• Knowledge in international freight forwarding is essential.
• Sales support with understanding of pricing, margins and financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Process orders, co-ordination and control.
• Prepare costings and quotations and dispatch upon approval.
• Liaise with overseas factories, scheduling material procurement, production, quality inspection, shipping and delivery.
• Assist and support the marketing team in planning and forecasting.
• Provide, coordinate and execute customer service and supports.
• Arrange payment via LC, CAD or wire transfer.
• Attend to inside sales and supports matters as assigned.
• Process customer orders with accurate pricing, discounts and margins.
• Monitor sales figures and revenue against targets.
• Coordinate with finance for timely invoicing and payment follow-up.
• Revise pricing structures to maintain profitability.
• Assist in revenue and COGS forecasting.

Position: Executive – Inside Sales Executive ( International Freight )

Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 9am – 6pm

Working location: Kallang

Salary: $2800 - $3500 (Depending on experience)

Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Order processing, co-ordination and control.

• Prepare costings and quotations and upon approval dispatch the in timely fashion.

• Liaise with factories overseas, scheduling of material procurement, production, quality inspection, shipping and delivery.

• Assist and support the marketing team in planning and forecasting.

• Provide, coordinate and execute customer service and supports.

• Arrange payment via Letter of Credit, Cash against Documents or Wire Transfer.

• Attend to other inside sales and supports matters as and when assigned.

• Process customer orders with high accuracy, ensuring correct pricing, discounts, and margin.

• Monitor sales figures and track revenue performance against targets.

• Coordinate with finance to ensure timely invoicing and payment follow-up.

• Revise pricing structures to maintain profitability while remaining competitive.

• Assist in revenue and COGS forecasting.

Requirements:

• ‘O/A' Levels and/or Polytechnic Diploma in relevant fields of study.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in handling sales quotations, logistics, customer-service, clerical & administrative functions. Knowledge in international freight forwarding is essential.

• Sales support with solid understanding of pricing, margins, and financial processes.

• Prior knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles is preferred.

• Familiar with international trade practices. (Liaising with overseas customers)

• Experience in related field as well as social media platform will be an advantage.

• Relevant experience and knowledge in the hospitality industry.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
