Job summary

TGN TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. is seeking an Inside Sales Admin Operations Executive in Singapore to support the sales and operations teams.

The role focuses on accurate order processing, invoicing, and close collaboration across sales, warehouse, and logistics to ensure customer satisfaction. The candidate will manage inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp, prepare quotations, and maintain CRM/ERP records while providing timely reporting to inform business decisions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales administration, inside sales, or operations (fresh graduates welcome).
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with ERP/CRM systems is advantageous.
• Good communication skills in English; Mandarin language skills are a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp to maintain accurate customer records.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, and invoices, and follow up on payments to ensure timely revenue collection.
• Provide sales team with detailed product information, pricing, and proposal support to facilitate customer engagement.
• Process orders and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Monitor inventory levels and initiate purchase requisitions to maintain stock availability.
• Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and courier companies to support smooth operations and delivery.
• Address customer complaints and deliver effective after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM and ERP systems for sales and operations tracking.
• Generate daily and weekly sales and operations reports to inform team decision-making.
