Job summary

TALENT TRADER GROUP PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Inside Sales professional to manage quotations, orders, and fulfilment across regional and global accounts.

You will coordinate with logistics, finance, and operations to ensure timely delivery, while maintaining accurate ERP/CRM records and supporting stock planning. Strong communication and IT/system proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of Inside Sales, Sales Operations, Customer Service, or Sales Support in IT, Technology, Electronics, or Electrical industries.
• Proven experience managing the full inside sales cycle, including quotation preparation, order processing, and order fulfilment.
• Good understanding of Incoterms, freight assumptions, shipping documentation, and logistics coordination.
• Experience handling manual freight quotation sourcing and coordinating with freight forwarders will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience supporting regional or global customers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and ERP/CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of inside sales activities, including quotation preparation, sales order processing, and order fulfilment.
• Prepare accurate quotations and sales proposals, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, pricing, Incoterms, and freight assumptions.
• Coordinate end-to-end order management, from order entry through delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment.
• Liaise with logistics providers to source freight quotations and coordinate shipment arrangements through manual processes where required.
• Work closely with the Global Account Manager to provide sales administration and operational support for regional and global customer accounts.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries, providing timely updates and effective resolution to order- and delivery-related matters.
• Coordinate with internal departments including Supply Chain, Warehouse, Logistics, Finance, and Operations to ensure seamless order execution.
• Monitor inventory availability and support stock planning activities to meet customer delivery requirements (where applicable).
• Maintain accurate customer, quotation, and order records within the ERP/CRM system.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales support processes and contribute to operational efficiency.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties and projects assigned by management.
