Job summary

GLIMEX MARKETING PTE LTD is seeking a customer-focused sales professional to manage existing accounts and drive new business in Singapore.

You will maintain relationships via calls and emails, prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close deals while coordinating deliveries and payments. Willingness to work at Tuas and on alternate Saturdays is required. The role also involves gathering market insights, ensuring stock availability, and collaborating with teams to meet client needs.

• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via telephone calls and emails.
• Developing quotations, following up on sales leads, negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
• Gathering market and customer information and information of new projects. Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements.
• Negotiating variations in price and specifications with customers.
• Ensuring quantities of goods are in stock.
• Recording sales and order information.
• Coordinate the delivery of goods.
• Responsible for payment collection.
