Job summary

Air & Odor Management Pte Ltd is seeking an Indoor Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. You will provide internal support to the Sales Team, ensuring smooth operation and exceptional customer service.

You will assist with quotations, follow up inquiries, process orders, manage data, and coordinate the sales workflow in a fast-paced environment. Mandarin proficiency is preferred to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: O Level, A Level, Nitec or Diploma in any field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities; bilingual Mandarin preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Team in preparing quotations, follow up on inquiries, and process orders accurately.
• Provide pre-sales and after-sales support to customers and resolve feedback promptly.
• Maintain and update databases and activities weekly to ensure data accuracy.
• Coordinate Sales Team schedules, organize documents, and disseminate information.
