Advancer Ifm is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the outdoor sales team by preparing quotations, handling customer inquiries, coordinating appointments, and ensuring smooth operations through collaboration and issue resolution.

Key duties include presenting products, driving business development, and maintaining accurate records while liaising with Logistics, Ops, and Management for order fulfilment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• Prior experience in sales coordination, inside sales, sales administration, or customer service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with sales or ERP systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers and internal teams.
• Good organisational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.
• Proactive in handling enquiries, resolving issues, and following up on matters.

Responsabilités

• Prepare accurate sales quotations and coordinate client appointments.

Job Summary

Support the outdoor sales team by preparing quotations, managing customer enquiries, coordinating appointments, and ensuring smooth sales operations through effective collaboration and issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate sales quotations and coordinate client appointments to support the outdoor sales team's activities.
• Conduct product presentations and introduce solutions to prospective customers to drive business development.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries about pricing, product specifications, order status, and delivery schedules.
• Take ownership of customer complaints and operational issues by investigating concerns and collaborating with relevant departments to implement effective solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Logistics, Operations, and Management to ensure smooth order fulfilment and service delivery.
• Maintain accurate sales records, documentation, quotations, and customer information to support efficient sales administration.
• Provide operational and administrative support to the Reporting Manager and assist with ad-hoc assignments and business projects as needed.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Prior experience in sales coordination, inside sales, sales administration, or customer service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable working with sales or ERP systems.
