Job summary

Grundfos Singapore is seeking an Associate Inside Sales Engineer for Commercial Building Services. You will manage dealer and partner relationships, drive inside sales activities, and contribute to revenue targets for Grundfos pump solutions in Singapore.

You will collaborate with external sales engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, and analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities in the commercial building segment.

Qualifications

• Degree in mechanical, electrical or building services engineering.
• 1–3 years in inside sales, technical sales support, or channel/dealer management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; proficient with CRM and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with dealers and channel partners to drive sales growth and market penetration.
• Provide inside sales support including quotation preparation, technical product selection, and order follow-up.
• Achieve assigned sales targets by identifying opportunities, nurturing leads, and converting inquiries into orders.
• Coordinate with external sales engineers and cross-functional teams for a seamless customer experience.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities in commercial building segment.
