Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a sales-oriented professional to identify and convert potential customers into opportunities.

The role involves researching target accounts, following up on leads, and generating quotations through the company’s systems. Training will be provided for those with limited experience. You will work Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, at our North location, with a basic salary of SGD 4,000–4,500 plus a variable bonus and excellent welfare benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science / Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Training will be provided for those lesser/without experience.

Responsibilities

• Prospects for potential new customers and turns them into sales opportunities.
• Follows up active leads from marketing activities.
• Creates new opportunities via telephone and email inquiries with accurate CRM data.
• Gathers information to build a business case for opportunities (budget, needs, authority, timeline).
• Responds effectively to customer objections.
• Collects initial information about processes and system configurations.
• Provides internal sales support including product questions, pricing, and lead times.
• Creates quotations using the company quote module for individual and field-generated opportunities.
• Develops accounts by reviewing buying history and suggesting items; explains features.
• Retains and expands the current customer base through cross/up-sell opportunities.
