Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a sales/BD professional for the North location. The role offers a basic salary of SGD 4,000–4,500 plus a variable bonus, with work hours from 9:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities include prospecting to convert leads into opportunities, following up on marketing-generated leads, and maintaining CRM records. Training is provided for candidates with limited experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science / Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 1-2 years of related experience is an advantage.
• Training will be provided for those lesser/without experience.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new customers to turn into sales opportunities and target accounts.
• Follow up leads generated by marketing activities.
• Create opportunities by answering phone and email inquiries; update CRM.
• Gather information for business case: budget, need, authority, timeline.
• Address customer objections effectively.
• Provide pricing and lead-time information for standard products.
• Generate quotations using the company quote module.
• Develop accounts by reviewing buying history and recommending items.
• Expand footprint through cross/up-sell opportunities.
