• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Good communication and teamwork across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hospital transformation projects in inpatient operations.
• Partner Medical, Nursing and Allied Health to drive care delivery models.
• Collaborate with ICU, HDU, Wards and Ren Ci to implement redesign and automation.
• Manage projects through planning, implementation, monitoring and procurement.
• Analyze workflows and implement sustainable improvements for patient outcomes.
• Engage stakeholders across clinical, operations and support services.
• Monitor project performance and prepare data-driven reports.
• Support departmental goals aligned with TTSH's priorities.
• Undertake special projects as assigned.
