Job summary

KK Women's and Children's Hospital Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Patient Service Associate Executive in the Business Office (Inpatient Billing).

You will ensure accurate and timely processing of inpatient billing and claims, and provide excellent customer service to patients and families. The role requires a Diploma with 2 years of relevant experience, strong written and spoken communication, and the ability to work in a team or independently.

Qualifications

• Diploma with 2 years’ relevant work experience.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.
• Team player with analytical skills; ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of SAP and healthcare customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process inpatient billing and claims accurately and timely.
• Provide excellent customer service to patient inquiries, feedback and explanations on hospital policies and Medisave regulations.
• Assist Supervisors in ad hoc projects and duties as assigned.
