in Singapore is seeking an experienced IT professional to lead the strategy, operations and continuous improvement of innovation sandbox environments used for rapid experimentation and validation of emerging technologies. You will manage sandbox platforms, governance, onboarding, access controls, compliance, and performance while developing reusable tech enablers and self-service capabilities to accelerate project teams.

Qualifications

Degree in IT, CS, Eng or related field.
5–6 years of experience developing, implementing or maintaining IT systems.
Hands-on experience administering cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or Google Cloud).
Knowledge of APIs, system integration and software testing.
Familiarity with containers, virtualization and DevOps.

Responsibilities

Design, establish and operate innovation sandbox environments for rapid experimentation and validation.
Develop sandbox governance models, onboarding frameworks and procedures.
Manage day-to-day sandbox operations including onboarding, access controls and compliance.
Monitor usage, investigate anomalies and optimize resource consumption.
Improve sandbox capabilities based on user feedback and evolving needs.
Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, governance, privacy and healthcare rules.
