Job summary

Hitachi Rail Singapore is seeking a proactive Project Manager, Innovation Projects, to identify and lead digital innovation initiatives across the organisation. You will build compelling business cases, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive outcomes from concept to execution with a focus on measurable ROI.

You will engage stakeholders, manage budgets, and apply agile, hybrid, or traditional PM methodologies to suit each project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, PM, IT or related field.
• 5-10 years experience in project management, business analysis, digital transformation, or innovation initiatives.
• Experience in business development and preparing business cases.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for digital and innovation initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Build business cases and financial models to support new projects or technology adoption.
• Translate requirements into actionable specifications for cross-functional teams.
• Lead innovation projects across departments, developing plans and managing risks.
