Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management or IT.
• 5–10 years in project management, business analysis, or digital transformation.
• Experience with business development, client engagement, and cross‑functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Identify innovation opportunities and build business cases.
• Lead cross‑functional innovation projects with tight delivery timelines.
• Engage stakeholders, run workshops, prepare demos and present ROI insights.
• Monitor KPIs and drive timely execution across departments.
