Job summary

NHG Health in Singapore seeks a Senior Manager to lead data-driven innovation and systemic improvements across clinical and operational teams, guiding change initiatives and building organizational capabilities through data and insights.

You will oversee the Grant Office, coordinating governance, reporting and stakeholder advisory, while supporting NHG initiatives and corporate events at the cluster level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 3+ years in healthcare or related field.
• Experience in organisational development or transformation work.
• Comfortable with uncertainty in assignments.
• Excellent written, analytical and communication skills.
• Independent, dynamic, self-motivated and results oriented.
• Strong organisational, decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead data-driven innovation and systemic improvement projects across clinical and operational teams.
• Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives aligned with NHG's priorities.
• Drive change management and culture building during major transitions.
• Grant Office management including governance, reporting and portfolio oversight.
• Support NHG initiatives and corporate events at cluster level.
• Share knowledge on hospital improvements and innovation journeys.
