in Singapore is seeking an Infrastructure Support Engineer with expertise in cloud-based Windows/Linux server administration, IT infrastructure support, incident management, and security compliance to ensure high availability of business-critical systems. You will contribute to system maintenance, capacity planning, infrastructure upgrades, and participate in security reviews, disaster recovery planning, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in IT infrastructure support and maintenance.
• 3 years of experience managing Microsoft Windows and/or Red Hat Linux servers in a cloud environment.
• Strong knowledge of server, database, network, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
• Experience in incident management, service recovery, and escalation handling.
• Experience in infrastructure/capacity planning, system upgrades, and lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with security reviews, audits, compliance, and disaster recovery planning.
• Ability to support infrastructure projects, technology evaluations, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain cloud-based Windows/Linux infrastructure, ensuring availability, performance, and security.
• Oversee IT operations, service management processes, incident resolution, and vendor/service provider governance.
• Conduct security reviews, audits, capacity planning, system upgrades, backup/recovery, and disaster recovery activities.
• Support infrastructure projects, technology improvements, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards.

Mandatory Skill-set

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field;
• Must have 6 years of experience in IT infrastructure support and maintenance;
• Must have 3 years of experience managing Microsoft Windows and/or Red Hat Linux servers in a cloud environment;
