Job summary

NIVAJ ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Manager to lead utility infrastructure projects in Singapore. You will plan, schedule, budget, and allocate resources, while coordinating internal and external teams to ensure timely and safe delivery.

Responsibilities include stakeholder liaison, progress reporting, risk mitigation, quality assurance, and closeout activities. Strong English communication, leadership, and civil/infra PM experience are essential.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of project management experience in civil engineering or infrastructure.
Experience with utility service underground pipe‑laying projects preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, and resource allocation.
Lead and coordinate activities to ensure on‑time, safe delivery.
Assign tasks, monitor performance, and coordinate internal and external resources.
Liaise with clients, consultants, authorities, contractors, suppliers, and management.
Monitor costs, track expenditures, and manage variations to stay within budget.
Track milestones, prepare progress reports, and communicate status updates.
Identify risks, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions.
Ensure deliverables meet specifications, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
Maintain accurate project records, meeting minutes, schedules, and reports.
Coordinate testing, inspections, handovers, and final closeout.
