Job summary

Well Established Infrastructure Pipeline Construction Company in Tuas, Singapore is seeking a Project Planning & Execution lead to oversee civil engineering and infrastructure initiatives from initiation to completion. The role requires developing schedules, method statements, and resource plans, while monitoring progress and ensuring timely submissions of essential documents.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of relevant experience in civil/infrastructure projects, strong site supervision

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
5–8 years of relevant civil/infrastructure project experience.
Ability to lead planning, scheduling, and resource planning.
Experience with contracts, budgets, and change management.

Responsibilities

Lead civil infrastructure projects from initiation to completion.
Develop schedules, method statements, and resource plans.
Monitor progress and implement corrective actions.
Submit shop drawings, method statements, risk assessments, and progress reports.
Supervise site operations and coordinate with site teams and subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with drawings, specs, and authorities.
Review contracts, budgets, and variation claims.
Liaise with clients, consultants, authorities on contractual matters.
Ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
