Job summary

Lenovo Singapore seeks a System Lead to oversee compute, virtualization, storage, and services. You will manage identity platforms, patch cycles, and disaster recovery while mentoring a team of engineers for reliable, compliant operations.

The role requires 10+ years in IT infrastructure, with hands-on experience in VMware/Hyper-V, Windows/Linux servers, AD, clustering, and enterprise backup solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in infrastructure support and operations.
• Experience leading a small team and driving system reliability.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, AD, clustering, and backup/DR.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of servers, storage, and virtualization platforms.
• Oversee patching, security hardening, and backup/recovery processes.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineers.
• Administer identity services, clustering, load balancing, and network provisioning.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and customer requirements.
