Job summary

Bond Financial Group is seeking an Infrastructure Lead to own the infrastructure strategy and architecture. You will lead the team with hands‑on technical capability, ensuring reliability, security, and cost-efficiency across cloud and on‑prem environments.

You’ll drive governance, IaC practices, and patch/DR programs, while mentoring staff and coordinating with service providers to meet 24x7 incident requirements and business continuity goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in infrastructure or platform engineering with leadership experience.
• Proven experience with production infrastructure, 24x7 on-call, and DR execution.
• Background in regulated industries and ISO 27001:2022 exposure.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive infrastructure strategy, platform decisions, and technology roadmap.
• Budget, capacity planning, and IaC change controls across environments.
• Lead the infrastructure team as a hands-on player-manager.
• Mentor staff, manage third-party providers, and ensure security hardening.
• Maintain DR/BCP plans and support ISO 27001:2022 audits.
