ULTRAFLEX TECHNOLOGY PTE LTD is seeking a motivated Infrastructure Engineer to join our team in Singapore. This hands-on role targets fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of IT experience, offering customer-focused implementation, support and troubleshooting across servers, virtualization, storage, networking, and cybersecurity environments.

You will gain practical exposure through real client projects, with guidance provided and opportunities to take ownership as your knowledge

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
• Basic knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking; exposure to VMware/Hyper-V and cloud technologies is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Assist with installation, configuration, and support of Windows Server and Linux operating systems to maintain enterprise IT environments
• Support VMware and Microsoft Hyper-V virtualization platforms to enable efficient resource utilization
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and related infrastructure services to ensure network reliability
• Assist with deployment and maintenance of enterprise server, SAN/NAS storage, backup, and recovery solutions to safeguard data integrity
• Perform system health checks, patching, upgrades, and preventive maintenance to optimize infrastructure performance
• Implement and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VLAN, switching, routing, firewall, and VPN configurations to maintain secure and stable connectivity
• Participate in enterprise wireless network implementation, including site surveys, AP installation, configuration, and coverage validation to ensure optimal Wi-Fi performance
• Troubleshoot Wi-Fi coverage, connectivity, roaming, and performance issues to enhance user experience
• Support infrastructure security hardening and vulnerability remediation activities to protect systems from threats
• Participate in customer projects involving implementation, migration, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and system cutover to deliver successful IT solutions
• Troubleshoot infrastructure incidents under guidance to resolve technical issues promptly
• Prepare technical documentation, infrastructure/network diagrams, implementation procedures, test results, and as-built documentation to support knowledge sharing and compliance
• Provide onsite customer support and scheduled after-hours support as required to maintain service continuity

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Infrastructure Engineer to join our technical team in delivering and supporting enterprise IT infrastructure solutions for customers. This is a hands-on role suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of IT experience who are interested in building a career in enterprise IT infrastructure. You will work alongside experienced engineers and gain practical experience through actual customer implementation, support and troubleshooting activities across servers, virtualization, storage, backup, wired/wireless networking and cybersecurity environments. Guidance will be provided as you perform assigned technical tasks, with opportunities to take greater ownership as your knowledge and experience develop.

Responsibilities
