Job summary

Gunvor Singapore Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an IT Network Engineer to join our global IT Infrastructure team. You will evaluate, design, plan, implement and support network solutions across a worldwide scope, contributing to ongoing optimization of IT services.

The role involves assisting project teams, defining needs and technical strategy, researching within project life cycle, and supporting operations during deployment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience as a network specialist at an international company.
Strong knowledge of global networking technologies (STP, ARP, DHCP, DNS, IPSec, WAN optimization, firewalls, VPNs).
Fluent English; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

Monitor the global network ecosystem and maintain SLA adherence.
Own designated ICT products, manage design and documentation.
Diagnose and resolve network issues across global platforms.
Analyze network performance and generate operations reports.
Design and install new sites; participate in global/regional projects.
Provide architectural insights aligned with Gunvor IT Strategy.
Support off-hours deployments across time zones.
