Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• 3+ years of data-related or analytics projects.
• Experience in consulting, SI, or client delivery environment.
• Strong governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of data and analytics transformation projects.
• Define scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Develop project plans, RAID logs, governance structures, status reports, and delivery documentation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including business, data, technology, architecture, and ops.
• Establish governance, reporting, risk management, issue resolution, and change control.
• Engage with senior client stakeholders to understand business objectives, communicate progress, and manage expectations.
• Translate business requirements into structured project deliverables and actionable data initiatives.
• Monitor progress, budgets, resources, dependencies, quality, and delivery risks.
• Facilitate project meetings, steering committees, workshops, and stakeholder reviews.
• Identify delivery challenges proactively and implement appropriate mitigation and recovery plans.
• Ensure alignment between business outcomes, data strategy, technology delivery, and organizational priorities.
• Support user acceptance testing, implementation planning, transition activities, and post-go-live reviews.
• Contribute to project proposals, statements of work, solution presentations, estimates, and client pursuits.
• Support presales activities, including discovery workshops, proposal development, delivery approach definition, and effort estimation.
• Promote consistent project management practices, standards, and lessons learned across engagements.
• Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with organizational processes, quality standards, and client requirements.
