Job summary

Airwallex is seeking a Software Engineer for the Data/AI Infra team in Singapore. You will design and evolve cloud infrastructure for performance, scalability, and security to support rapid growth.

You will own global data and AI infrastructure, collaborating with cross-functional teams across geographies and adopting tools and practices with a strong emphasis on observability and security.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Infra/Platform engineering experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in Kubernetes, Terraform, and GitOps.
• Data streaming engineering experience with Kafka, Flink or Spark.
• Hands-on experience with at least one programming language.
• Bachelor's degree or above in computer science or engineering related majors.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve the cloud infrastructure for performance, scale, and security.
• Lead DevOps strategy across cross-functional teams.
• Own Data and AI infrastructure across multiple countries.
• Build consensus on tools and practices across geographies.
