Job summary

Airwallex in Singapore is seeking a DevOps engineer to lead the design of our DevOps strategy and partner with cross-functional teams to build a cloud infrastructure that scales for the next decade. You will own the Data and AI infrastructure globally, improve observability, detect issues faster, and drive security while maintaining agility.

You will also help align tools and practices across geographies into common standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of DevOps engineering experience.
• Expertise in Kubernetes, Terraform, and GitOps.
• Experience with data streaming platforms like Kafka or Flink.
• Hands-on programming experience.
• Bachelor degree in CS or engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve cloud infrastructure for performance, scalability, and security.
• Own Data and AI infrastructure across the world.
• Develop observability and detection capabilities to improve reliability.
• Build consensus across geographies on tools and standards.
