Job summary

OCBC Bank is seeking an Infrastructure Delivery Head to lead the design and delivery of our hybrid cloud infrastructure. You will collaborate with IT and project teams to ensure reliable, scalable services that meet cost, time, and quality targets.

The role emphasizes strong financial governance, vendor management, and cross-functional leadership to drive successful project outcomes within a banking environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT.
• Minimum 5 years in infrastructure, service delivery and project management in banking or similar.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, security management & business applications.

Responsibilities

• Partner with technology teams to deliver hybrid cloud infrastructure (Software Defined).
• Manage cost, schedule and project timelines for infrastructure services.
• Drive delivery of Infrastructure products and services to clients.
• Define, structure, plan, manage and report infrastructure projects.
• Liaise with Project Steering Board on reporting and delivery.
• Manage risks, issues and vendor contracts to meet SLAs.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and audit requirements.
