Job summary

OCBC Bank in Singapore is seeking a Business Operations Analyst to drive financial governance, procurement excellence, and operational performance across Infrastructure Services. You will integrate financial management, cloud cost governance, and analytics to optimize spend and support data-driven decisions.

You will collaborate with engineering, procurement, and finance teams, build dashboards, monitor KPIs, and champion efficiency through process improvements and framework governance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in financial operations, procurement, or business operations within banking or technology environments.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure services financial management.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or related field; master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end financial oversight including budgeting, forecasting, planning, and cash flow optimisation.
• Manage cloud financial management (FinOps) and cost optimisation across IaaS, PaaS, SaaS.
• Oversee end-to-end procurement lifecycle and vendor performance management.
• Monitor project financials and reporting for stakeholder transparency.
• Develop dashboards and reporting to support data-driven decision making.
• Drive process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with Central Procurement Office and cross-functional teams.
