Job summary

eTeam is seeking a capable Project Manager to oversee IT workstreams for WMS implementations with new customers or migrations. The role collaborates with the Business PM to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will adhere to approved methodologies, define scope, manage risks, coordinate cutover, Go-live and hyper care activities, and ensure clear communications with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Adhere to nominated project implementation methodologies and governance practices.
• Define project scope in collaboration with the Business PM, Customer, Operations and Business at project start.
• Lead IT related project activities to achieve objectives on time and on budget.
• Prepare project communications such as status reports and participate in steering committee meetings.
• Proactively manage project risks and issues and implement timely mitigation plans.
• Plan cutover, Go-live and hyper care activities with relevant resources.
• Scope and procure required resources to execute project scope.
• Understand task interdependencies and follow up on deliverables to ensure timely completion.

Responsibilities

Job description

This role is to project manage the IT workstreams within WMS (Warehouse Management System) implementations for new customers or for legacy WMS migrations, while collaborating closely with the Business PM.

Key Accountabilities

• Adhere to nominated project implementation methodologies and governance practices utilizing approved tools and document formats across all projects.
• Instrumental in defining project scope in collaboration with the Business PM, Customer, Operations and Business at the commencement of the project.
• Lead and drive project IT related project activities, ensuring project objectives are accomplished, on time and on budget in line with business objectives
• Prepare project communications such as status reports and participate in project steering committee meetings
• Proactively anticipate and manage project risks and issues and implement timely mitigation plans
• Plan in collaboration with relevant resources, cutover, Go-live and hyper care related activities
• Scope and procure required resources to execute define project scope
• Develop a clear understanding of task interdependencies and proactively follow-up on deliverables to ensure timely completion of project tasks.
