Job summary

Charterhouse Partnership seeks a Vice President to lead Group Infrastructure & Platform Services in Singapore. You will head the Enterprise Command Centre, ensuring 24x7 stability and service delivery across mainframe to hybrid environments.

The ideal candidate has a decade of IT infrastructure operations experience in financial services or large enterprises, with strong leadership, ITIL mastery, and a track record of automation and resilience initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in IT Infrastructure Operations, Command Centre, Production Operations, or Batch Processing within banking, financial services, or large enterprise environments.
• Enterprise Tools: BMC Control-M, IBM Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS), CA Workload Automation or equivalent.
• ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Helix, TrueSight, Splunk, BHOM.
• Proven leadership experience managing 24x7 technology operations and large operational teams.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL Service Management, Operational Resilience, Disaster Recovery, and Major Incident Management.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and people leadership skills.
• Mandarin is nice to have as this role will be interacting with north asia stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Enterprise Command Centre, ensuring 24x7 operational stability and service availability.
• Oversee infrastructure operations, workload automation, batch processing, and service monitoring across Mainframe, AS/400, UNIX/Linux, Windows, and hybrid environments.
• Drive operational excellence through automation, observability, proactive monitoring, and continuous service improvement.
• Lead Major Incident, Problem, Change, and Event Management in line with ITIL best practices.
• Strengthen Operational Resilience, Disaster Recovery, and Business Continuity capabilities.
• Monitor service reliability, SLAs, KPIs, and operational performance while driving improvements.
• Lead and develop high-performing operations teams and partner with business and technology stakeholders to deliver resilient technology services.
• Manage operational strategy, resource planning, budgets, and vendor relationships.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Operations leader to head our Enterprise Command Centre, ensuring the stability, resilience, and availability of mission-critical technology services in a 24x7 environment.

This role is ideal for senior professionals from local or regional banks, financial institutions, or large enterprise organisations with experience in Command Centre Operations, IT Infrastructure, Production Operations, or Infrastructure Support.
