Job summary

Adecco Group in Singapore seeks a strategic leader to head IT Operations and Command Centre. You will oversee 24x7 operations across global environments, drive automation, monitoring, and continuous service improvement to ensure reliable technology services aligned with business goals.

The role requires a decade of command centre experience, strong ITIL practices, and proven leadership of large, global teams. You will partner with senior stakeholders to strengthen governance and resilience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline.
• Min 10 years of experience in Command Centre Operations and Batch Processing.
• Proven ability to drive operational excellence and ITIL best practices.
• Proactive problem solver with experience managing complex operational environments.
• Strong people leadership skills with experience leading 24x7 operations teams.
• Experience with enterprise workload automation tools (e.g., BMC Control‑M, IBM TWS, CA Workload Automation).
• ITSM and monitoring platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Splunk, TrueSight, BHOM).
• Project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Project).
• Experience across Mainframe z/OS, AS400, UNIX/Linux, Windows and open source platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Enterprise Command Centre operations, ensuring 24x7 service continuity and resilience.
• Drive operational transformation through automation, observability, monitoring and continual service improvement.
• Lead ITSM governance, major incident management, disaster recovery, business continuity and resilience initiatives.
• Establish service performance frameworks, strengthen controls, and enhance operational reliability and risk management.
• Lead global operations teams, manage strategic roadmaps and collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver reliable technology services.
