Job summary

PASSONA SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to expand market adoption of industrial components across factory automation and related sectors.

The role emphasizes generating demand, presenting commercial value, and converting opportunities into sustainable sales without requiring engineering support. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of B2B sales experience, strong relationship-building skills, and proficiency with CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of B2B sales, business development, account management or field-sales experience.
• Able to prospect for new customers, identify business opportunities, present product value, handle commercial discussions and close orders.
• Able to understand customers' purchasing priorities and build long-term relationships.
• Confident in customer visits, sales presentations and discussions with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive the sales growth and market penetration of Company's products within assigned customer segments and territories.
• Identify and approach potential customers that would benefit from cost-effective, reliable and standardised options.
• Develop and execute account and territory plans to achieve revenue, gross profit and customer acquisition targets.
• Build and maintain an active sales pipeline, prioritise opportunities and follow through until order closure.
• Conduct regular customer visits and calls to generate new leads and business opportunities.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle including visits, quotations, discussions, order follow-up and delivery coordination.
