Job summary

Hyundai Motor Group Innovation Center Singapore (HMGICS) is seeking a senior consultant to lead OT and IIoT initiatives across manufacturing environments. You will collaborate with site automation engineers to accelerate automation adoption and manage connectivity across ISA-95 compliant OT ecosystems.

The role emphasizes developing deployment playbooks, guiding change management, and delivering measurable process improvements through IT/OT integration and digital transformation programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years in Management Consulting, BPM, ICT Consulting, or related.
• Strong ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop technology roadmaps with factory stakeholders.
• Manage digital transformation use cases and IIoT initiatives.
• Oversee OT projects from initiation to completion; document ROI and performance.
