Job summary

Hyundai Motor Group Innovation Center Singapore (HMGICS) seeks a senior leader to head the Business Management Team, driving operational efficiency and profitability across all models. You will manage OTD operations, agency agreements with Hyundai and Kia, warranty services, VOC handling, and export program logistics in a highly collaborative role.

You will also strengthen budgeting, cost control, and lead cross-functional initiatives with HQ, RHQ, and distributors, shaping strategic business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Automotive Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in automotive business planning, sales operations, brand retail strategy, or sales planning.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with Hyundai Motor Company HQ, RHQ, and internal stakeholders.
• Project management experience for business planning, strategic initiatives, or cross-functional projects is preferred.
• Strong sense of ownership and initiative, with the ability to proactively identify opportunities and recommend improvements.
• Hands-on leadership capabilities, with experience building, stabilizing, and leading teams while expanding responsibilities and scope.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Business Management Team to drive initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and profitability across HMGICS.
• Oversee OTD operations for all models produced by HMGICS.
• Manage agency agreements with Hyundai and Kia, and provide customer support including warranty-related aftersales services, customer data management, and VOC handling.
• Manage the export program: supply and delivery of consigned vehicles.
• Strengthen budget management and cost control to enhance profitability and drive cost-saving initiatives.
• Develop rental and leasing opportunities in collaboration with Hyundai and Kia RHQ.
• Serve as the communication hub among Hyundai/HQ, RHQ, and distributor networks for alignment.

Education
